Britains Toy Soldier Set #28 Drums & Pipes 1st Battalion The Gordon Highlanders.  Three figures have defects.  The second to last picture shows 2 bagpipers on the left side, they have their left arms broken with the arms and bag pipes in a bag behind them.  They each have a bag the includes the arm, bagpipe and a small piece of the blowpipe.  The third figure with a defect is in the same picture right above the letter "D".  There is a small piece of the bagpipes in a bag as well, the part of the bagpipe that you blow into.  Please feel free to ask any questions.
