Walking stick with silver collar and top...I'm not an expect at identifying silver makers,dates etc but this one I'm finding confusing..firstly from the top it appears to by a London mark..both collar and top have the M mark which I believe is 1867 but I'm happy if someone knows otherwise...but on the collar there is the M mark followed by the Assay mark and then a U mark..I dont know why there would be 2 date marks...can someone enlighten me for future reference please.

Then there is the Makers mark which looks to start with a K but then is followed by something that resembles heirogliphics then possibly more letter on and inside each other...ANY IDEAS?..PLEASE CONTACT ME.
