Stereo Camera.

This "Grand Prix 1900" stereo camera was manufactured by "Gaumont" of Paris and it is in "as found" condition.
The camera has a grained leather covered metal body with black painted elements there are no cracks or splits to the leather, but it does have fading to the colour in places and the painted brass also has some losses in places.
There are also the usual scratches, wear marks and scuffs that you would expect from a used item of this age.
The lettering, numbers and logo to the front have a fair colour.
I have tried to show the condition in the photographs.
The shutter appears to work when the trigger is depressed and the camera winds on well and sets, although, it hasn't been tested fully.
The view finders fold up and down as they should.
The focus for lenses and diaphragms move when the bars are moved.
The alloy plate is a little loose and doesn't hold in place.
The lenses are marked "C. P. Goerz, Doppel-Anastigmat". There are no scratches to the glass elements of the lenses that I can find.
There is a break in the tamboured wooden door to the back of the changing box.
