This vintage Pendleton Petite blazer is the perfect addition to any wardrobe. Made from 100% pure virgin wool, this blazer is perfect for travel, weddings, parties, christenings, and business and with its solid navy shade, it'll go with practically anything! It has a classic look that never goes out of style, with two unique gold and navy buttons for a front closure and three smaller matching buttons on each sleeve.  There are also two front flap pockets (one is still sewn shut).  Based on the measurements, it looks to be a 10P; the exact measurements are below, so I would go by that.  The blazer is pre-loved and in very good condition - there are no rips, snags, or holes; however, there is what looks to be a very faint mark on the inside lining (last pic...you have to really look for it to see it) - I would definitely recommend dry cleaning first, as it's been packed away.
