PLEASE READ
This is a vintage radio & must be
handled & cared for & treated in this manor & not like a
modern day boombox. Tube radio technology "unlike modern day solid state
radios" can have interference/noise in the sound quality, caused by
kitchen appliances, computer monitors, flat screen TV'S, florescent
lights, washing machines, high power wires above your home, etc... So
where you position/place this radio in your home can make a huge
difference & the direction/position it is set in. A LOT OF TUBE RADIOS ARE DIRECTIONAL MEANING YOU "MAY" HAVE TO TURN THE RADIO IN ONE DIRECTION OR ANOTHER TO RECEIVE THE BEST RECEPTION. TUBE RADIOS GENERALLY TAKE 30 TO 45 SECONDS AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN POWERED/TURNED ON BEFORE THEY WILL START PLAYING AS THE TUBES HAVE TO WARM UP.
