If you are a resident of Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, you are not in the Contiguous 48 states. We only ship with Fed Ex or UPS to these states. A “physical” street address is required! Please note: P.O. Box addresses will not be accepted – no exceptions!

Canada Orders

We ship orders to Canada via UPS because of the GST taxes and duties. UPS will usually charge additional fees to your package as a brokerage fee. These fees are out of our control. Please make sure you are willing to pay these fees before placing an order with us.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your part(s); (i.e., quality, fit, incorrect item, etc.), you can return the part(s) within 10 days of receipt. Simply fill out the Steve White Motors “RMA / Return Authorization Form” which will be included with your order and ship the part(s) back to us. Electrical parts are non-returnable/non-refundable. All parts must be returned in original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Damaged Package/Part(s) In Transit

If your package/part has been damaged, you will need to fill out a “claim report form” from that Carrier in order to be reimbursed. Do not return the package/part to Steve White Motors.
