SHIPPING:  I ship via Media Mail to save you money.  Up to 2 books, shipping is $4.60.  3-5 books, shipping is $5.10.  6-10 books, shipping is $5.75.  More than 10 books, shipping will be the Media Mail rate plus 15% to cover the Ebay fee so I break even on shipping.  If you win multiple auctions, PLEASE do not pay in advance.  Wait until I invoice you with actual shipping charges.  Thanks for looking!
