Riot On Ice From “Hit The Ice” (1943) Super 8mm Film, Abbott & Costello, ISSUES

Selected scenes from the film “Hit The Ice” with the duo sneaking onto the train without tickets and trying to be ice skating waiters at a restaurant rink in Sun Valley. The ice skating bit is particularly amusing.

FILM CONDITION:

The film appears to be in acceptable condition, lost track at one splice, but ran smoothly for the duration. Film has no detectable vinegar syndrome.

ISSUE: film has a short section of the title frames. Lost track once. Film has folds in the beginning and before the first splice that have been ironed out. There are several splices and burned frames as well as some streaking as shown in video and photos.

Library surplus copy with library markings and a check out card.
