Vintage Extraordinarily Detailed Anatomical Diagram Human Eye Framed Print measuring 20” x 24”. By far the most detailed anatomical diagram of the eye I’ve ever seen! From an ophthalmologist office in Philadelphia PA.

Looks to have been reframed in the 80s, but the print is much older.
