A vintage cast iron toy carriage from the 20th century. It comes as shown, with a polar bear in a cage and a back wheel. The toy would have hitched to a pair of cast iron horses and seated a driver on top of the carriage, but those items are missing from the set. The polar bear and carriage has a lovely patina with all of its original paint in tact. The carriage / cage is approximately 7 in long and can be opened in the back so the polar bear can be removed. A lovely toy made by Kenton Manufacturing, this would be a wonderful addition to any collection.
