I believe this is a 1928 hupmobile headlight. It's in used condition.  It looks like someone used sandpaper to clean it, putting scratches in the chrome. There are some small dents too. Includes the mounting bracket as seen in the pictures. The glass lens looks good.  The bezel opening bracket looks good. The light doesn't seem to be weathered.  I haven't opened it to see the inside.
