SHIPPING
We offer the lowest USPS shipping rates that are available. We do not make any money off of shipping. Shipping is automatically calculated by your zipcode and posted before you purchase an item. A small handling fee to help pay for packing supplies has been added. We pack our items with care to avoid breakage. If shipping seems to be high it is not our fault. USPS rates are the lowest. We will combine shipping for multiple items purchased, whenever possible. Please request a total from seller so we can
create a new invoice that makes the necessary adjustments based on weight, size of package and zipcode.
We frequently offer parcel post and priority shipping both. Ebay’s invoices do not make it easy to see your options. Both amounts will show in the shaded box on the invoice. Choose the one you want to use, add that amount to the purchase price, and pay that amount. It will tell us which shipping method you want us to use.

This is my return policy - read it carefully before buying.
We do not ship broken china to customers. There is a difference between
items "not as described" and items that have been broken by USPS in transit.
Read our feedback and you will see that we pack very very well.
Breakage is never our fault.
When USPS breaks something, I am always willing to work with you to get your money back for
whatever item arrived broken; however, I do not want you to file for a return as paying postage for something that is already broken is a waste of money and time. Please contact me asap if something is broken and if your order was for multiple pieces, we will prorate the value of what broke and make sure you get that money back. In the last few months, there have been persons unwilling to accept the partial refund if all the other pieces were intact and I have had 2 people return the unbroken items to me, NOT packed as I pack and they arrived broken to me. This is not a way to run a business. I don't want non-professionals packing and returning china to me wrapped in nothing but a fast food napkin - I found that offensive and rude as I certainly had packed their entire order in such a way to get it there safely had USPS handled it as they should. This is my reason for now refusing returns.
However, as already said, simply email me and we will work out a monetary amount that works for both of us in the rare cases where something is broken. Thanks for listening (reading).

Therefore, the cost of the insurance is part of your shipping and handling fee and is already included in your shipping costs.
I reserve the right to choose whether to self-insure a pkg., use Ebay's insurance program, or use insurance carried by USPS.
Be aware that on the rare occasion when something does break, if it is insured with the postal system,
it might be your responsibility to take the entire box, packing materials, and all items in the package to your local post office to file the insurance claim, if that is what they request.
They have greatly changed this lately,
frequently allowing the seller to file it all online without having the materials in hand to show them.
