After Purchase you will be sent an email confirmation.
Please reply to this confirmation and include the following information.
1. Photo to be placed on bowl . If you want just the graphic let us know which animal , i.e. Cat Dog etc
2. Choice of bowl type, food or water.
3. Choice of font color.
4. Once we receive all your order details you will receive a email proof showing you what your Bowl will look like. Check for accuracy.
5. Once you approve your proof please allow 5-7 days for order to ship.

The latest state-of-the-art technology is used to create a digital transfer of wording to a glazed porcelain or ceramic piece

This new proprietary technology, combined with the use of inorganic pigments, will guarantee the highest standards of color, visual reproduction and quality of imagery, clarity and durability. Some color variation will occur in certain colors but always wonderful final product.
We do not use the sublimation (heat press) process.
All items are Kiln fired into the top glaze of the piece
at temperatures in excess of 1600° F.
