This is a Pizza Hut Care Bears Play It Safe! A Care Bear Sticker Book. It is from 1984 and unused. The back has a small black marker spot-most of them have this in the corner but on a few the black spot is somwhere else on the back. It has 32 pages plus four pages of stickers. It would make a great piece for a collection or just as a way to teach safety lessons to a young care bears admirer.
