All returned Electrical parts are subject to inspection; any misuse not recommended buy manufacture or due to improper installation are subject to voided warranty and/or of any refund. Return Material Authorization number is no guarantee of Credit.
Returns (30 Day)
Products are returnable with
pre-authorized Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, Within 30 days of
receipt of item/s. Special order items are considered final sale, NO
refunds on special orders unless fault is due to East Coast Carts error. If
damaged by shipping company you need to contact us within 3 days of receiving
damaged shipment to make claim. Only returns with authorized RMA number
displayed on the label/box will be accepted by receiving, if not it will be
refused and returned to sender. All return shipping is the responsibility
of the customer. Return orders need to be to determine if your product is
eligible to obtain an RMA number, please contact our sales team. Returns may be
subject to a 20% restocking fee.
