  2. Shipping to residence is an additional $69. Request a corrected invoice for residential delivery.

  3. You MUST include phone number with payment. Item will NOT be shipped until phone number is received. Shippers will not deliver without phone number. Please fill in when purchasing. The customer is responsible for return freight charges due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information. Claims for damage must be made with the freight company.
