Brand new 2 layer chiffon circle skirts from Wolff Fording. These are great little skirts to use for classwear or as costume items as they match all of Wolff Fording's color palette. These short chiffon skirts are simple circular cut. and there is no hem at the bottom. They are on an elastic band and simply pull up. These either feature new hantags or are in the manufacturer's packing with the size,color and quality inspection sticker. These skirts retail for $14 and are perfect. The chiffon is a polyester so it does not run or ravel. I know some of the colors may be difficult so here is what color each is
