Despatch of goods is arranged by us through Australia Post or by Fastway Courier and various other delivery services at our discretion. Items which need to go by courier cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
All deliveries are conducted during normal business hours.
In most cases we will require a signature on delivery irrespective of the chosen courier.
Please ensure a delivery address is chosen where someone will be in attendance to sign and receive your order.
If no one is present, a card will be left advising of the nearest post office or parcel collection point where the item can be collected.
Pick up unfortunately is not available.

Please allow 2 - 7 business days for delivery within Australia after your payment has been confirmed.
Express post and registered post is available on all items at an additional cost supplied in listing (we charge standard Australia Post rates).
International
You are responsible for all customs, import duties and charges.
We do not include any of these charges in the item price or the shipping charges.
For items containing batteries, we are required to open the package and physically insert the batteries into the product before shipping.
Shipping times do not include time in customs.

At IMD Sales we know that you love the convenience of shopping with us and our large range of products. That's why we offer a simple returns/exchange policy.
All items come with a 60-day warranty unless advertised otherwise. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available. If the item is faulty, dead on arrival (DOA) then we commit to issuing you with a working replacement within the warranty period and must be reported within 7 days from delivered date. If in the event that a replacement is not available then we will issue you with a full refund (including outgoing shipping cost). We may choose to replace rather than repair a warranty item. The warranty period for the replacement item will continue from the original date of purchase as if it were the original item.
For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with your eBay item number & user name. Failure to include this information will cause a delay in the resolution of any returns.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges. Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means. Responsibility for the successful return of an item lies solely in the returnees hands.
Warranties do not cover installation or third party costs. Postage to and from IMD Sales for warranty claims after 30 days will be for the buyers account.
For items purchased in error for whatever reason the following applies: Items must be returned in the same condition as received within 7 days of receipt. A refund for the item only will be issued (postage costs will not be refunded).
