These are 24 gauge sheet metal wyes.  The size is 5" x 4" x 4" the wye is at a 45 degree angle.  These are sold for dust collectors, I use them in my shop with 10 hp cyclones.  They are crimped on one end for insertion into pipes or other fittings.
