International Customers - Will be shipped via USPS International for an additional $49.99. (Delivery may be delayed by customs.)

It is a process that can take several hours to several days. As a result, all our items ship out from our offices approximately 2 - 5 business days upon receipt of payment.

Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning your item. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition and must include all paperwork and gift boxes. On GIA or EGL certified merchandise, the original certificate MUST be included. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from any returned EGL or GIA certified merchandise

The precious metals used meet the standards of the US Stamping Act. All of the diamonds we sell are untreated natural diamonds that are " Conflict Free ". All of our loose Diamonds include a certification from reputable trade labs such as GIA and EGL.
