NOTE: This bubble is high quality - its not the cheap and nasty bubble that goes flat when you touch the bubbles!    Beware of the cheap bubble wrap being sold on eBay.

• Conforms to shape of contents and reduces delivery costs, due to being very lightweight.

• NOTE 50m and 100m are sent via 3 day courier due to the size being too large for Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard Mail

Payment

Payment is accepted via PayPal only and is required immediately upon purchase . All orders will have an invoice which is in a document wallet on the front of the parcel.

Please make sure your shipping address within your PayPal account is your current address.

Shipping

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday, both domestic and internationally. Despatch is usually within 24 hours of cleared payment.

COURIER SURCHARGES: On large/heavy items that need to be sent via courier there are certain postal codes that will incur additional courier charges.

If your postal code is in any of the following Zones please ask for a quote before purchasing any large/heavy items.



If the incorrect postage is paid then the payment may be refunded and a revised invoice will be sent for the correct amount.

Returns & Claims

Our aim is to keep all our customers entirely satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, we will issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned goods. Postage costs are not refundable, unless the wrong item was sent.

If you are unhappy with any of our products or services, please message us through the eBay message system prior to leaving any negative feedback as this will allow us to resolve any issues you may have.

Please message us for the return address. Please also return the original invoice including a short note as to why the item has been returned.
