Here's a pretty Carnival Glass 3 3/4" tall double handled Sugar Bowl.  This is the Breakfast Sugar Bowl in Cobalt Blue.  Made by Fenton c. 1910.  The iridize is very good.  The pattern is called Stippled Rays.  This Sugar Bowl also has the Stippled Rays pattern on the inside.  Some do not.  It is in perfect condition with no chips or cracks, no stains or discoloration.   Any unusual white spots shown in the photos are from camera glare.
