This is a brand new dance costume, it is a halter style dress with slit side vent. All the black strapping is velvet spandex so it is really comfy.The bodice area is shelf lined. the sequin is a hologram so it throws alot of light. This dress retails for $70 in child sizes. There is no leotard under this dress, you will need trunks BUT it will also work over pants. The model is showing it over boy cut trunks, this listing is only for the dress.
