We can customize any notch to your specification,
just supply the dimensions and we will draw it and cut it for you.
Our standard 10" notch dimensions are as follows-
This kit is CNC laser cut from 3/16" steel plate which
makes it perfect for notching any mini size truck up to a 1 ton dually frame.
This notch was designed with a heavy duty truck in mind and with the correct cross-member you can attach a goose neck
or fifth wheel to this and tow any trailer the you truck is originally rated for!
This listing includes our optional integrated air bag bracket on the lower notch plate!
All customers will receive the new style lower plate in 3/16" steel
with the bag bracket so you can mount your bags just inboard or out out board of the frame.
This is a ground breaking idea that is not offered anywhere else and is much stronger,
faster to install,
and cleaner that any other method on the market!
Also included is our top quality over the axle air bag brackets in 3/16" steel
also and any axle tube size you choose.
These are big enough for a Slam specialties RE-8 air bag!
Please specify your axle size when placing you order!!!!!
This is guaranteed to be the strongest notch kit you can buy anywhere!!!
This kit will yield professional results every time.
The side plates, upper and lower caps are extra long so you can cut them to your desired length and
are 3" wide to accommodate any frame.
Sold as an 8-piece weld together kit.
The measurements for the 10" are
14" tall,
14" wide at the top,
24" wide at the bottom,
15.50" wide at the inside bottom,
and 8.5" wide at the inside top.
This notch will give you 10" of more axle clearance.
Sold un-welded in 8 pieces.
You should be able to lay the frame with 24" wheels on low profile tires on a dually.
*This kit is also available in 1/8" as well for light duty trucks if you are looking for a kit that is not quite as strong but a little more cost effective.
