Brand new in original manufacturer's packaging, this fun tutu is 5 layers, 4 of tulle and 1 chiffon to add opacity. The color is mainly black and there is one layer of white that gives it that gray cast. I have child and adult sizes in this item. Black Chiffon under skirt, black tulle upper skirts, the 2nd and 3rd layer are gray. It has an attached spandex panty on it so it can be used with any basque you have (I have plenty for sale on ebay if you need one) or you can wear it over a leotard as a practice tutu.
