Always try sample sizes first and follow these instructions for best results:

A 24hr patch test is advised before using any product that is new to your unique skin.

1. Tea Tree Soap (use at least twice a day): Splash face with warm running water several times to open pores. Rub soap bar directly on to and all over face. Keep rubbing it on gently for about a minute. Leave soapy residue on for another minute before rinsing off with more warm (not hot) running water. Gently pat face dry with clean towel.

2. Tea Tree oil (use once a day, before bed time, after washing with soap):
Put tea tree oil on a cotton wool bud and lightly dab each Milia/Spot in turn. Be as accurate and sparing as possible when applying as neat Tea Tree oil is quite strong and you only need a tiny, tiny amount for it to be very effective. Do not rub the oil in, just leave it on top of the milia bead/spot. If you have lots of Milia spots just put the dab of Tea Tree oil on the biggest ones. Please be especially careful around the sensitive eye area, closing your eyes for a while after application until most of the fumes have evaporated. If you experience any burning wash off immediately with cool running water and dilute the tea tree oil with a small amount of our Light Tea Tree Cream/ Aloe Vera Gel or a base oil such as Almond, Olive or Argan oil before applying it the next time (to the individual spots only). If milia are located immediately around the rim of the eye eg.in the upper or lower eye lashes, do not apply any at all.

NB: I get Milia occasionally myself and I think, in my case, it is when I have used too much moisturiser cream, sunscreen or foundation without exfoliating causing the dead skin cells and vegetable fats from the moisturiser to collect under the skin in the form of Milia. If you do find you need extra moisturisation I would recommend you try a sample of our Light Tea Tree Cream and apply it sparingly after washing but before applying Tea Tree oil.

3. If condition has improved after 1-3 weeks trial:
find larger money-saving sizes and a matching Light Cream (if required) by selecting a larger size from the drop down size menu on the listing.
