RETURN POLICY:
Without the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, we will not accept the return.
Products are guaranteed to arrive in the condition advertised and/or described. If you receive a product which is incorrect or not as described, please contact us within 14 days upon receipt of the item to arrange replacement or refund.
If you wish to return your product, we will refund your purchase less freight charges, as well as deduct a 20% restocking/processing fee.

For any product return, package must be sent with tracking number together with full insurance coverage of the original purchase price.
