Reproduction German WWII Gebirgsjager Troop Enlisted Man's Edelweiss Sleeve Badge.

Introduced on 3 May 1939. 

The badge was worn on the upper right sleeve of qualified members of mountain troop units.
Machine woven edelweiss in white with yellow stamens,and pale green stems and leaves. 

The edelweiss is surrounded by a twisted gray rope on a tan background. 

Size is 2 1/2 x 2 3/8 inches.
