This cable plugs directly into your Kenwood's Remote 7 pin DIN port to breakout receive audio - the other end connects to your computer's sound card input.

Allows you to decode CW, RTTY, PSK31, SSTV, FAX, etc without the need for an external accessory box (rig blaster, etc).

RX volume is taken from the radio at a fixed level* - so it is not affected by your front panel volume control.
(*not on TS-570 and 2000, that is tied to the speaker and varies with AF gain, see my other listing fr the 13 pin version).

The cable is shielded, 6 feet long and has an isolation circuit to decouple your radio and the computer.

Works great, I've used this for years in the ARRL DX CW Contest - I can copy the code but can't write it down at the same time!  I use this cable and software for that! I use mostly DXSoft software available free at their website.  Like CWGet, its a very good program!!

CW, RTTY, SSTV, FAX and PSK Software is available online, do a google search.

Remote receiver listening can be done thru the internet with this cable - Windows Media Encoder by Microsoft will port your receiver's audio on the net so you can listen at work.

 Thanks for looking!
