Combined Shipping is easy! Our items are all in the system by weight. Put the items you'd like into the eBay shopping cart and they'll calculate automatically. We sell art supplies, not postage and handling. Our postage rates are based on the actual weight and size of your order.
There's not such thing as free shipping. Free shipping is just postage costs added to the item price and that just doesn't work for our loyal buyers. If you buy more than one item (as most buyers do), you'll pay much less by paying postage one time than by having it added to each item under a "free" shipping gimmick.
We do, however, have some amazing shipping promotions throughout our store where we'll pitch in on the postage costs.
Shipping Speed: We're quick shippers. All items are in stock and ready to ship, many the same day. We ship Monday through Friday and if we're in the studio, we'll ship on Saturdays, just for you!
International buyers are welcome! Any duties, fees or taxes charged by your country are paid BY YOU when you pick up your parcel.

Returns
Change your mind? No problem. We accept returns for any reason. Use eBay's return hub to return your item. It's easy. Please pack the item securely and return it to us, unused, unopened and undamaged within 30 days. We'll inspect it when it gets here and provide a quick refund--usually the same day. Original and return postage are not refundable.
If an item Arrives With Shipping Damage. Report shipping damage to us immediately. Do not throw anything away. The carrier may wish to collect the box and contents.
If Item is Defective. We inspect every article before sending and make sure that all the parts are in sets. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, use eBay's return hub. It's easy. Select the reason for the return, print a label and repack the item. We'll send you a refund or replacement (your choice) upon receipt.
Because computer monitors vary greatly, issues with color are NOT considered defects. These items all show very true to color on our monitors, but yours may vary greatly.
Returned and Unclaimed Parcels. Returned parcels are refunded and charged a restocking fee. Please provide a valid address. Unclaimed International parcels are not refunded. Please pick up your parcel.
