We are based in Essex and all of our orders are shipped from the UK.
All orders are made and sent the following working day (Monday to Friday)
Standard delivery is 2nd class with Royal Mail which usually takes 2 - 4 working days
We do offer a 1st class option (£2.95) and a Special Delivery (£7.99) and these are available when checking out
Please be aware that Ebay display an estimated date and not a guaranteed delivery date.

We aim to provide a positive buying experience and please contact us through Ebay messages if you are not happy with you purchase.
We will of course rectify any mistakes and quickly resolve any other issues you may have.
Returns
If you do need to return an order please contact us through Ebay returns with your request.
All returns must be unused and returned in the same condition as you received it.
We do not cover postage for unwanted items however we will provide/refund postage for faulty goods or if a mistake has been made by us.
If you have ordered an item which offers a personalised name to be added then this cannot be returned
or refunded so please ensure that the spelling and size is correct
General
As most items ordered from us are gifts we do not include an invoice unless requested so no need to worry about the price being shown.
We do offer discounts for most of our products for multiple items being purchased and these can be viewed on each listing where applicable.
