From old western Electric office..you are buying a 10 foot length of  18 gage solid core, RED and white PAIR..  of shielded wire in cable....with stranded 3rd wire.... is pvc insulated wires from the 1980-90s, NOT CLOTH, .. This is not used wire but is NOS.... if more than 10 ft is needed just buy 2 or more and I wont cut    buyer pays postage..paypal, excess postage refunded
