This is the VERY RARE PROMO Name Your Poison EP CASSETTE TAPE from 1989 or 1990, on Geffen Records, made in USA. (no catalog #) I think that when Geffen signed this band, they were going to re-release this EP (was on Metal Blade), but maybe decided not to after all?

 Says 'Transfer Source: 1/4" Analog.
