It enables you to fold your antenna back on it's mount without removing it, and adjust the angle in both horizontal and clockwise direction using the 6mm allen bolt and lock nut.

Ideal for when your antenna is mounted on the back or side of your vehicle, or on any other surface that is not horizontal.

Often used in conjunction with a mag mount.
