Delivery

All of our items are shipped with recognized couriers or Royal Mail within 48 hours of you placing your order. Your product should be at your doorstep within 3-5 working days however if after 5 days you still have not received your item please contact a member of the team.

If you require your product quickly please feel free to ask us to send your item via an urgent dispatch. Or alternatively, you can request an upgraded shipping service (subject to additional charge and postage restrictions).

To help speed up the delivery process we kindly ask that you:

• Send us the vehicle registration number for us to confirm compatibility is correct.
• Provide us with a valid telephone number so that we can keep you updated

We make every effort to dispatch your parts within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Returns

• Please ensure any returns are sent back in original and un-damaged re-sellable condition.
• 14 DAY NO QUIBBLE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. We accept returned items within 14 days of purchase, however you must notify us within 7 days via eBay to obtain a returns number otherwise it will not be accepted back.
• We DO NOT refund original or return carriage charges we will ONLY refund the price of the part.
• Unlike other eBay stores we DO NOT CHARGE re-stocking fees on correctly supplied goods.
• Please contact us for the return address of your item DO NOT send back without prior authorization.

Parts Returned Under Guarantee

• All our parts carry a minimum 12 month guarantee with the manufacturer.
• You must notify us of the return so we can notify the manufacture to expect it back for inspection.
• We will only exchange the item once we have been authorized to do so from the manufacturer alternatively you can purchase a new part and once we are authorized to do so refund the new order. As a supplier to the do it yourself enthusiast we do not refund labour costs
• We are on your side so as long as you are willing to co-operate with us we will do our utmost to ensure a warranty situation is handled as efficiently as possible.

Refund Policy

We offer our customers a 'cooling off' period of 7 working days after receipt for all items with very few exceptions ( like items personalized like number plates etc). Within this period, a buyer can decide to cancel the purchase. Car Parts Fast accept returns within 14 calendar days to give the buyer enough time after the cancellation to return the item. The buyer will be responsible for all costs of returning the product / products. Items damaged or not fit for resale may be subject to a surcharge.
