WILSON, WES. Love/everpresent fullness, San Francisco, 1966.

About 14x20 inches, second printing (first was on fragile stock and may not exist anymore, certainly not in fine quality), made for the Bill Graham concert featuring Love and everpresent fullness at the Fillmore Theater in San Francisco, Aug. 5-6, 1966. Wilson, a pioneer of psychedelic graphics, did the Graham posters until 1967, when he left in a money dispute. According to Therese Heyman's "Posters American Style," "Wilson's early work was unique, but by mid-1967, so many artists had copied his style that he was easily replaced [p. 175]."

Condition of this print
Near fine with a tiny spot in the lower left corner.
