We aim to complete your order within 24-48 hours of completing checkout. However, in some cases during high stock demands of orders, stock may be running low and delivery times could be more. An email notification will be sent on these occasions. We offer free shipping on majority of our eBay items, however this includes UK mainland only - for carrier designated "premium" zones, there is a small additional shipping charge required which you will be notified on receipt of purchase.

If the goods are not required and are still in A+ condition then they can be returned for a refund, credit or exchange of another item. The return shipping must be paid for by the customer and any faulty goods must be notified immediately to rectify. All goods returned must include a cover letter or copy of the invoice with contact details in case we need to contact on receipt of returned orders.
