This costume does NOT include the top hat ( and the white satin bowtie on the frog is not there either), everything else is there, the mitts, the googly eyes. This is a brand new costume from Wolff Fording. It is a one piece jumpsuit that zips up the back but it looks like a tailcoat pants and shirt. Super easy for kids, nobody comes untucked. This long sleeve jumpsuit has attached sequin tails and the green foam mitts are included as are the googly eyes and white ribbon you see on the frog face.
