Items that are ordered prior to 1pm are generally sent the same day.
Heavier items are sent on a 1 or 2 day courier service.
Items purchased that show free postage are generally sent 2nd class post. However we reserve the right to use any method of postage that will enable the items to be received within 5 working days.
We reserve the right to send items by courier due to weight or speed of service. The service will always be equal to or faster then paid for.
We do not send items on a weekend.
The rolls must remain unopened if the goods are to be returned. ie the label closure quantity label must still be attached to the roll in its original position. Opened rolls cannot be returned.
