  • It's BLACK because it has rubber powder added to the formula.
  • THIN 160cps viscosity - this will wick right into cracks and porous materials.  SHAKE WELL before use.  (I also offer medium 1500cps and thick 4000cps black CA, see my other listings in my store)
  • RT glue is 4 times stronger than regular CA and it dries slightly flexible, so it resists cracking and is ideal for high-stress and high-vibration applications in difficult environments.
  • Shock and Impact resistant
  • Humidity resistant, heat and thermal shock resistant. Works well in high-temperature applications.
  • Excellent for composite materials like carbon fiber and fiberglass, and rubber as well as many other materials.
  • Excellent for attaching rubber tires to wheels on RC cars.

CA dries relatively quickly and will reach it's full strength (full cure) in 24 hours. Meant to be used up relatively quickly - because rubber-toughened CA is not meant for long-term storage. (I also offer in larger bottles and other products, please see my other listings or contact me)

The accelerator/activator spray is FOAM-SAFE and can be used with painted or finished surfaces - it will not harm foam products. It activates the glue to make it dry faster and is really handy for pre-treating the items you are gluing. A light spray on the part before you apply the glue will help the glue dry faster. (Keep in mind that the black CA takes longer to dry than regular CA). The accelerator is especially useful for pre-treating man-made (synthetic) items.   NOTE: the CA glue itself is NOT foam-safe.

 

The glue is supplied in a pin-cap bottle, which helps prevents clogs and provides a tight seal.  All of the CA-Plus Adhesives CA glues are manufactured using a "triple-distilled" process for the highest possible quality, and are "mil-spec" - originally offered for industrial use, these products are now available for the hobby market.
