Returns Procedure
Please note that Programming Cables are NOT eligeable for return, as these are service items used by technically competent personnel to update electronic components. We are happy to repair/replace any faulty programming cables within the 1 year warranty period.
Purchases made under "Buy it Now" Listing.
We are happy to accept returns on items purchased under a "Buy it Now" listing.
If an item has been correctly supplied but does not fit/is not suitable we are happy to exchange it, as long as the return postage costs (to return and re-send) are covered by the customer.
Should you wish to return an item please email us through the Ebay messaging system within 14 days of receipt of the item, stating the reason for return. We will then issue a RMA (returns authorisation) number. This RMA number, along with Ebay item No. customer name and contact phone No. should be included with the returned item. The RMA number MUST be written on the outside of the returned package. Failure to include this information will result in delays in processing the returned item. The item should be in "as new" condition and in a re-saleable condition. Items that appear to have been used, have the incorrect serial number, are incomplete, have had unauthorised or improper repair or are damaged by customer mis-use will be returned at the customer's expense.

The cost of returning any item is the customer's responsibility, unless the item has been incorrectly supplied / misdescribed in the listing.
When returning items it is recommended that a "Signed For" service with adequate insurance cover is used, as we will not be able to refund any items that are not received.
Special order items cannot be returned

Purchases made under "Auction Listing format".
Any item(s) purchased under an auction listing format is(are) not eligeable for return unless a) the item is not as described or b) the item is faulty upon receipt.
The warranty period offered on items purchased under an auction listing will be detailed on the individual listing details.

    Airsure does not have a guaranteed delivery time and is tracked at 6 points during delivery. The insured value is up to £50. Additional insurance up to £ 250 or £500 can be purchased at extra cost - contact customer services


  • Additional Information for International Customers
    Please note that international shipping times are approximate and may be subject to customs delays for countries outside the EU. It is recommended that International Signed For or Airsure shipping options are used, as these have a tracking reference. All customs / clearing charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the customer's location - please contact your local customs service for costs involved. If you have not received the item within 10 working days please contact your local post office to check if the item is being held locally.

  • Lost / Delayed Items
    UK Only: Items sent by 1st Class, 2nd Class, Standard Parcels and Recorded Signed For™ are not classed as lost until 15 working days after the due date.

    Are any holes drilled in the dash ? - No, we specifically do not drill holes in the dashboard.
    Do I have to pay extra for an "ignition generator" (for newer vehicles) ? - No, this is included in the package price (where required)
    Do I have to pay extra for "on-site" installation ? - No, this is included in the price (subject to location)
    Will the existing steering wheel buttons be affected ? - It may be necessary to purchase an extra interface module to make them compatible with the Parrot Asteroid Smart
    Can I specify where the iPod lead and USB lead are to be fitted - Yes, we will make every effort to locate these where required, subject to this being safe and practical on the vehicle in question
    Installation Information
    Booking time to completed installation is typically 2 to 4 working days. Same day is possible subject to existing bookings - contact customer services.
    JustCarKits is an Approved Certified Parrot Installer. We have been fitting Parrot systems since their launch in the UK.
    After completing checkout please email contact number so we can arrange appointment. Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit card over the phone, PayPal or cash.
    There is no carriage charge - the engineer will bring the product on the day of installation.
    We stock a large range of adaptor leads for most vehicles.
    When booking please advise the Make / Model / Year of the vehicle and whether it has factory fitted SatNav.
    The customer is responsible for providing enough room around vehicle to safely complete the work. At a minimum we will need to open doors on the passenger side fully.
    Parking charges for our vehicle are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the package price.
    We reserve the right to require the customer to move the vehicle to an alternative location if it is deemed unsafe to work in the existing location.
    Installation appointments cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of the agreed date will attract an administration charge of £ 40 + vat, since we may be unable to re-allocate the booking slot at such short notice.
    Quoted price includes installation of the Parrot Asteroid Smart in a standard vehicle type. Typical installation time is 1 to 1 1/2 hours. We reserve the right to decline installation on certain vehicles due to extended installation time or complexity. In such cases we will promptly give a full refund.
    Microphone cable will be safely routed and will NOT be allowed to interfere with airbags fitted to the vehicle. The microphone will not be located in airbag deployment zone.
    We have wide experience with many different makes and models, such as, Audi, BMW, Ford, Vauxhall, VW, Seat, Skoda to mention just a few.
    We have over 20 years experience in the mobile communications market.
    SOT lead (adaptor harness) for non-amplified systems is included in the package price.
    For vehicles fitted with extra amplifier, such as, Harmon Kardon, Bose, Infinity, etc.. - these involve extra work and different harnesses / extension leads and are not included in this offer. Please see separate listing for "amplified".
    Listing is for "on-site" installation at work or home.
    Parrot Asteroid Smart is covered by JustCarKits with a 2 year warranty againt manufacturing defects.
    The Asteroid Smart is genuine Parrot UK stock with full UK support and warranty.
    Installation work is guaranteed for a 3 year period.
    Bookings are for installation of the Parrot Asteroid Smart Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sunday(s) and Bank/Public holidays.
