A wonderfully refreshing, energising, skin-tingling, minty cool aroma...especially enjoyed by men but naturally suitable for ladies also.

Benchmark Thyme

Stress relieving fresh, deliciously herbal thyme aromatherapy. Four different varieties of Thyme are used in the oil for this range making the products extremely skin-friendly and wonderful skin and hair conditioners as well as immune system boosters, helping us fend off viral infections.


Always try sample sizes first and follow these instructions for best results:

A 24hr patch test is advised before using any product that is new to your unique skin.

1. Soap: Gently rub bar directly on to warm wet skin and leave on for a minimum of 2 minutes before rinsing with plenty of clean warm (not hot) running water. A few splashes of cool water will help to close pores before gently patting dry with a clean towel. Rinse your bar and leave it to drain so that it lasts longer. 


2. Light or Rich Cream (use sparingly once a day at first): Gently apply to face, body or hands and leave to soak in. Increase to twice a day only if extra moisturisation is required.

I have personally experienced the damaging effects of these cheap nasties so you can rest assured that we will never use them.

    SAVE TIME AND MONEY by buying samples first to test your unique skin/scalp for sensitivity issues and the aromas without having to buy full sizes. Amazingly it seems that these small sizes used on conditions such as Acne, Eczema, Psoriasis, Keratosis Pilaris, Itchy scalps, etc., often last long enough to see at least the start of an improvement.

    ALL OUR FORMULAS CONFORM to regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the council of 30 November 2009 on cosmetic products. Please make sure you follow our 'Instructions for best results' on the back of the leaflet you will receive with your order. Everyone has unique skin so we can not be held responsible if your skin/scalp is intolerant to any of the ingredients listed or if any product does not work for you.

    PLEASE BE AWARE that some products may take anything up to 8 weeks of daily/twice daily use to show improvements. Also, we have been told by some that while using our products their skin condition got worse before getting better. This may be due to the 'clearing out' process.
