Description:  Lapel tac pin, "Believe to Achieve" enameled pin from Bellsouth Pioneers Chapter 24, state of Louisiana.  Shows white peace dove and rainbow and state outline.  Clutch back.

Date/Time Period:  1997--1998.

Company/Brand:  Surrey, Bloomington, IL.  Made in Taiwan.

Size:  Pin measures approximately 1-1/4" width x 1-1/4" height.

Condition:  Very good pre-owned condition.  White dove enameling has a bare spot/flaw showing gold underneath
