Since this is a custom made item, please allow 3-4 business days for us to make the item plus 1st class USPS shipping time. We get very busy around holidays and special events, graduations, end of year teachers gifts, etc. so please order according to the estimated delivery dates.
This item is not intended for children under the age of 5 because of choking hazard. They are water resistant but they are not waterproof. Wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth to clean the glass dome.
Please keep in mind that monitors and settings display colors slightly different and there may be a slight variation in the colors.

Payment
We love to combine shipping. Combined shipping is limited to items won and/or purchased within 5 days of the first item and PAID TOGETHER ON ONE INVOICE - no exceptions.
Payment is expected within 5 days.
We encourage you to ask questions prior to purchasing and/or bidding on items. Non-paying bidders will be reported after 7 days of non-payment and/or communication.

Shipping
We ship daily - Monday through Friday. Custom made pendants which are made at the time of order, usually ship within 3-4 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Tracking will post with your order once it ships.
If you pay by e-check, your payment will not clear for 3-4 business days after you submit payment, it is not an instant transfer.
You will receive an update from ebay informing you that your order has shipped.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE ALLOW 14-22 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY.
