This particular unit came out an estate in Texas.
The original set had 125 pieces. I counted the pieces in this set and there are 140. Some of the ones in the set are not original but I believe a majority of them are. 2 green base plates are included. One tree, several doors and windows, and many standard blocks are included.
The top of the box is missing.
