RETURN POLICY
PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

NOTE: Because of how size can vary from brand to brand, & even between different styles within the same brand, we highly encourage customers to research fit of the specific shoe/style BEFORE purchasing.

We accept returns through the Ebay Returns Center. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase & in the same condition/box in which they were received.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT WORN RETURNS.

We charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns, unless there has been an error on our part. This means the restocking fee applies if you do not like the shoes, if you ordered the wrong size/style, it doesn't fit, etc. This helps us cover paying our returns department, relisting the item, etc.
Since shoes purchased online have a very high return rate, we have to do this to stay in business.

If we do make an error, please contact us via Ebay message & we will make arrangements to have it picked up at our expense.  This would include if we sent the wrong product/size, the item is defective, etc. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Order processing: We generally ship within 1 business day of receiving payment. Business days do NOT include weekends, holidays, or date the order was placed. A tracking# is emailed to our customer via Ebay once item is shipped.

Sales prices are only good for the time specified on the listing. If item is bought before or after the specified time window, the items are not eligible for the sale price.

Combined shipping discounts: Add wanted items to your cart, then checkout. If bought separately, the items are not eligible for combined shipping discounts.

We do not require a signature on our packages. If you would like for us to require a signature on your order, please contact us via Ebay message and we can get you a quote. It is generally an additional $5.

Please double check your shipping address before checking out. Due to increasing fraud, we cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed.

Exchanges: Exchanges are based upon availability at the time we receive the return. We cannot hold any items for exchanges. If requested exchange is not available upon receiving the return, a refund will be issued.

Economy Shipping: Some of our listings have two shipping options: Free Economy Shipping and Paid Standard Shipping. Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days in transit, while economy shipping generally takes 4-10 business days in transit. If you need an item quickly, please DO NOT choose the economy shipping (even if Ebay gives a shorter estimate).

We can only ship internationally using Ebay’s Global Shipping Program**, which currently includes:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Taiwan, Thailand, & United Kingdom.
**We ship it to the Ebay hub & we have no control over their international shipping/import charges.

NO INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES: We cannot process exchanges for international orders. We ship internationally via Ebay's Global shipping program & the program does not allow exchanges. However, international customers are welcome to send an item back for a refund & place a new order for a different size if available.
