The tracking is controlled using track rods, which are connected to the wheel and the steering rack, setting your wheel alignment and giving the driver optimal control.
The inner tie rods are a critical component of your steering system fitted to the steering rack and pinion at each end of the steering rack.
If you think your wheel alignment might be out or you're starting to get less control from your car, you may want to replace the track rods.
