PLEASE NOTE: Listings are created by our automated listing software based on inventory data. Our staff do their best to make sure inventory data (ex. price, quantity, photo,etc) are accurate, but they're not perfect. So occasionally, we reserve the right to cancel listings early or issue refunds because the inventory data was inaccurate. We also reserve the right to re-list an item after three days of non-payment. 

Your business is very important to us.  We do our best to keep our prices extremely low. In order to do so, shipping charges for returns & exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless an item was incorrectly shipped. We will gladly accept returns & exchanges for each item within the defined return days of the original ship date. 

Return Guidelines & Requirements:

1) Item must be returned within the defined return days of the original ship date.

2) Item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all tags/packaging/boxes to qualify for free return. Items with heavy odor such as smoke, fragrance, food, hair, etc will be refused and sent back.

3) For other returns, refunds will be based on purchase price only minus all shipping & handling costs. On returns with free shipping to the customer, the refunded amount will be the purchase price minus all shipping & handling costs.

4) Except for qualified free return, a full refund minus all shipping & handling costs will be issued after receipt of the returned item.
