Use this Hot Ash Trash Can or Pail made of METAL to carry around hot ashes, corn, wood pellets, coal, wood, or anything. The pail has a handle and a top lid, all made of metal (steel). Avoid using plastic white pails as they are a fire hazard! You may also wish to buy our Scoop Shovel that is also made of metal (steel) and has a hang-strap on the end of it. Keep the pail near your stove and avoid carrying hot ashes acrossed the living room floor. Don't use plastic pails as they are a FIRE HAZARD. Accordingly the parties (seller and buyer) consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Linn County, Iowa, in any action arising out of or relating to this sales agreement. The parties waive any other venue to which either party might be entitled by domicile or otherwise. If seller has to incur legal fees, attorney's fees, and court costs to enforce this contract, then the buyer must pay for them.
