Payment must be paid within 3 days of the auction ending. If payment is not received within 3 days of auction ending, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. I will ship within 1 business days of receiving payment. In most cases, everything is shipped within 24 hours. If paying with anything other than PayPal, we will ship 10 days after payment is received in order to verify funds.

We guarantee our items against DOA. If you get an item that is DOA, we must be notified within 5 days for an exchange or a refund upon return of item if we do not have another for exchange.

Customer service is our priority, but it is the customer's responsibility to know what they are bidding on. Ask any questions before bidding.
